OVERVIEW

Arborist Now is searching for dedicated Arborist Climbers with a deep-rooted passion for tree care. This vital role focuses on the pruning and general upkeep of trees and shrubs across commercial and residential settings in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of climbing (DdRT or SRT) bucket operation experience in the tree care industry
• Minimum of 1 year experience in climbing using DdRT or SRT techniques and bucket operation in the tree care sector.
• Certifications such as TCIA SRT Climber Specialist, Climber Specialist, or similar qualifications are highly regarded.
• CTSP (Certified Treecare Safety Professional) is a plus.
• ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) Arborist Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is advantageous.
• Valid Driver’s License – Essential.
• First Aid certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all required ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the crew leader to complete job assignments.
• Adhere to the highest safety standards and demonstrate proficient tree risk assessment skills, equipment inspection skills, and proper climbing and pruning techniques.
• Comply with all safety rules and company policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Crew Leader.
